Meet your HOA Board

Laszlo, his wife Tammy, and their two boys (Laszlo III and Landon) moved to Foxvale Farm in 2019. They started as renters and decided to stay! Their journey to settle here in VA was quite complex and entailed escaping communism, battle hoards of rabid moose and geese through the winter battlelands of Toronto, Canada to settle first in NJ... then a quick detour to the UK, and blamo landed in northern VA. They enjoy this community, the people, and events and want to help keep it that way. Soccer is their family sport and they like watching Liverpool. Their boys play in NVU Soccer Club on travel teams. Laszlo graduated from multiple Universities (not that matters) and works as a Project Manager. He has also had past experience serving on HOAs and is now lending a hand here as a member and most recently as President.

Brian lives in Foxvale Farm with his wife, two sons, and their labradoodle, Bullet. He manages the neighborhood website and communications for the HOA board, helping keep residents informed and connected. Professionally, Brian is the Global Head of Sales Productivity and Enablement at Commvault, with over 20 years of experience in sales and go-to-market leadership, including time at AWS and as a co-founder of a technology consulting firm

Dave says this with a slight bit of pride, but more of “how can that be the case”, but as a long-time resident of Foxvale Farm, he and his wife, Dolly, have called the neighborhood home for more than four decades—longer than nearly anyone else in the community. A retired CPA and business owner, he now serves as Finance Chairman of Christ the King Lutheran Church and has helped audit the Foxvale Farm Homeowners Association for the past five years. When he’s not crunching numbers, he stays active on the tennis court, golf course, and bike trail, and looks forward to working closely with the community.

Josh and Kristina Powers, along with their two children, Jane Verity (11) and Caleb (9), moved to McMillen Ct five years ago. The Powers’ are so thankful that they planted roots and live in this wonderful neighborhood after moving around so much during life in the Navy. Josh and his family love nature, football, playing board games together, going to Navy football games, sitting around the fire pit eating s’mores, and playing with their dogs, Morton and Eugene.

Erik has lived in Foxvale Farm since 2005 with his wife Dana. He has an MBA from the Middlebury Institute of international Studies with a focus in quantitative data analysis. He works for Leidos as a Solutions Architect supporting a variety of federal and restricted customers solve problems related to data analytics and biometric identification. Prior to joining Leidos in 2022, he worked at Northrop Grumman for over 18 years. On the weekends you can see Erik, Dana, and their English bulldog Winston enjoying the neighborhood. 

Regina was born and raised in Washington, D. C. She attended the University of

Pittsburgh and obtained a degree in Urban Studies. She and her husband, Neil, moved

to Richmond, Virginia for their career growth. Regina gained valuable frontline

experience as an EEO Specialist in the EEOC/ Richmond Area Office. We returned to

this area in 2002, and chose Great Falls to raise our two children in the Langley

Pyramid school system, one of the best in the country. Thank you for the privilege of

Tom has lived in Foxvale Farm since 1979 with his wife Libby. They have four grown sons. He has a B.S. in Business Administration, a B.S. in Accounting, and an M.B.A. He spent over 40 years as an executive with non-profit trade associations and therefore has extensive experience managing associations. He has served on the Foxvale Farm Homeowners’ Association Board since 2016 and has held numerous roles, including board President. He looks forward to giving back to the neighborhood that has been his home for more than years.
